My shops atmosphere puts all who enter at ease. My shop is open to all clients to inspect at any time. -Quality, top of the line products are used, all shampoos are naturally formatted for all skin types. If you prefer your own shampoo or have a prescription shampoo from your vet, feel free to bring it with you. -With 16 years experience I have your pets welfare in mind. I can do a very elaborate to easy carefree pet cuts, provided the coat is in good shape. -Convenient Appointments are available, with flexible drop off and pick up times. -Never hesitate to ask questions or inform me of any complaint (or compliment) that you may have concerning my grooming. | WHAT I EXPECT FROM CLIENTS - If you can't make an appointment please call me as soon as possible, so I can get someone to take your place and I don't loose any money for that day. - When you drop off your dog a time is determined for you to pick up your dog, or I will give you a call. Please try to pick your dog up at that time or let me know if you are going to be late. - Please walk your dog outside my shop or at your home before bringing them in. Having to clean up poop and pee takes up a lot of time, that I should be spending grooming your dog. |
