| INFORMATION & RULES |
- All pets vaccinations should be up to date. - After hours check-in/check-out is by appointment only, times will need to be made during regular office hours. If you do not pick up your pet at the pre-scheduled time, and we do not get contacted about the change, there will be a service charge added to your final bill. - If your pet is checked in or out by someone other than the owner,we need to be notified in advance by the owner. - Upon Check-in, pets will be given a brief health and condition evaluation. Every Non-Client dog and any client dog that has a history of a flea problem will be charged $5.00 fee for a capstar pill that will be given at the time of check in. This is a precaution to keep my shop flea free. - Although soft, clean bedding will be provided, we ask that you bring a t-shirt that you have slept in for your pet. The shirt will have your sent on it and will be placed on top of their bedding for comfort. You may also bring their favorite toy. - No pet showing any aggression whatsoever will be allowed to stay with us. If your pet becomes aggressive during there stay you will be contacted and asked to pick up your pet. - We ask that you bring your pets food from home, this helps with upset stomach issues. Please prepare a menu and bring snacks, along with a list of any medications your pet is on. - Feel free to contact us anytime to check on your pet. - Our Boarding Suites are designed for medium to small pets that stay in the home. Your pet has to be leashed trained in order to be able to be walked 3 times a day. A detailed chart will be give to you upon check out, this chart will show how your pet acted during there stay. - Please print out the and pages and bring them with you at check-in. |
| We offer four Themed Boarding Suites in our new facility. Each suite is approximately 4 feet by 4 feet. Your pet will be kept in there own private suite, they will be provided a raised bed with lots of comfy blankets. Fresh water is always available along with there individual meals. Each pet is walked at least 3 times a day (more if requested) plus given free time in the D.I. Y. Room. All suites are climate controlled. |
